Mary Borman

October 16, 1947 — September 22, 2009

Mary Louise (nee Schaefer) Borman, beloved daughter, wife, mother and grandmother, passed to a better life with our Heavenly Father on the 22nd day of September 2009. She was preceded in death by her father, Marvin John Schaefer. Mary is survived by her loving husband, Charles Elmo Borman of Cibolo, TX; mother, Viola Ruedrich Schaefer, of Cibolo, TX; daughters, Channa Erin Borman Eckert & husband, Tom, of Bryan, TX, and Melody Lynne Borman & husband, Joe Hicks, of Prattville, AL, and two adoring grandchildren, Emma Elisabeth and Lilly Woodson Eckert. Visitation will be held on Sunday, September 27, 2009, at Schertz Funeral Home from 5:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, September 28, 2009, at the Schertz Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery. Flowers would be appreciated or memorial donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
