Martha Trotter

Martha Ann Trotter (Granny) ,age 85, of La Vernia TX, passed away peacefully on January 1, 2023. She was born January 24, 1937, in St Louis Missouri ,to parents, Melton & Virginia Wegman who both preceded her in death. Martha worked as an executive secretary in the oil and gas field for many years. After moving to their farm in Marion Texas her and her husband built a successful business raising exotic birds, goats and cattle. She was very active in her church La Vernia Immanuel Lutheran and looked forward to singing in the Christmas cantata every year. She loved spending time with her family and found joy finding the perfect card for every occasion.
Martha was proceded in death by her husband T.H. Trotter and son Scott Sorrell.
She is survived by daughters Sandie Arrambide (Joe), Sharon Williams (Steve), and son Chuck Trotter (Laura). Grandchildren Amber Cervenka (Dennis),Jonathan Arrambide (Stephanie),Ryan Williams (Amber),Kristy Gowen (Joe), Becka Lynn and nomorus great-grandchildren. Martha was a beloved Granny to so many others even outside her family.

The Funeral Service will be held at 11:00am on Tuesday, January 10, 2023 at Schertz Funeral Home Chapel
