Marlin Ray Osborn, born August 22, 1955 in Elgin, TX, passed away on November 4, 2017, in his home in Schertz, TX, at the age of 62. Marlin is preceded in death by his parents Belton and Birdie Osborn and sister, Linda Preston. He is survived by his brothers Charles and Belton Osborn; sister Betty Moralez; step-sisters Margaret Tate and Billie Grant, also numerous nieces nephews and cousins. A memorial service will be conducted on Monday, November 20, 2017, 1:45pm, at the Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
