Marian Butrick

October 4, 1942 — June 4, 2013

Marian Faye Butrick born October 4, 1942, passed away June 4, 2013 at the age of 70. Marian is preceded in death by her husband Norman Butrick, father Louis Smiley and mother Grace Skelton. She is survived by her loving family at Cibolo Self Service; brother and sister-in-law Francis and Ruth Butrick and numerous nieces and nephews. She and her husband owned Cibolo Self Serve since 1978. Her customers were also her family. She loved to gamble, travelling, and walking on the beach. She also enjoyed the sunshine and being with her friends. Marian was well respected and loved by everyone! Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 8, 2013 at the Schertz Funeral Home, from 10:00am to 12:00noon, with the Funeral Service to begin at 12:00noon. Interment will follow at St. Paul Evangelical Cemetery. In lieu of flowers family request that donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
