Lynni E. Shepherd Davis, born on September 2, 1939, passed away on July 28, 2015, at the age of 75. Lynni was a loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother who never met a stranger. She was a caregiver to all her family and friends. Lynni was the best mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She is preceded in death by her husband, William B. "Shep" Shepherd, Jr. Lynni is survived by her children, Shirley and husband John Bohannon, Rhonda Schwab and husband Dennis Ranft, Rosalind and husband Elroy Penshorn, Tracy and husband Wayne Rappmund, and Stacey and husband Sam Sonneborn; 16 grandchildren, Reagan Schwab, Ross Schwab, Randy Schwab, Ryan Schwab, Whitney Holbrook, Brett Penshorn, Morgan Penshorn, Tabatha Barnes, Welden Rappmund, Lorin Nagelmueller,Ashley Zuehl, Chandley Sonneborn, Jessica Jonas, Kyle Bohannon, Jamie and Aaron Ranft; 9 great grandchildren, Rylan Schwab, Randon Schwab, Reese Schwab, Rustin Schwab, Kasen Schwab, Haylee Bohannon, Abby Bohannon, Mary and Rowan Ranft. A visitation will be held on Thursday, July 30, 2015, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, at the Schertz Funeral Home Chapel. A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, July 31, 2015, at 10:00 AM, at the St. John Lutheran Church located in Marion, Texas. Interment will follow at Chapel Hill Cemetery, Reverend Dr. David Collins III will be officiating
