Lynndell Dawson

Lynndell Frank Dawson, born on September 18, 1934, passed away on March 10, 2020 at the age of 85. Lynn was born in Oklahoma to Henry Clay Dawson and Eula Mae Dawson. He Graduated from High School in Canyon, Texas and later meet and married Peggy Clay Dawson on June 9, 1962. Together they moved to Live Oak, Texas in August 1971. Lynn worked for Warner Lambert for many years in outside sales and, also, invested in real estate. He loved spending time with his family, friends and watching golf. Lynn is preceded in death by his beloved wife Peggy Clay Dawson of 48 years, parents, Henry Clay Dawson and Eula Mae Dawson, brother HC Bryan Dawson and and nephew Neil Dawson. He is survived by his daughter Jill Christian and her husband Mark Christian of New Braunfels, TX, daughter Kathy Lynn Miller and husband David Miller of Douglass, KS and son Kerry Dawson and wife Cindy Johnson-Dawson of Amarillo, TX.  Grandchildren Cody Clay Alfred Christian, Kaitlyn Grace Christian, Noah Clay Dawson, Lynzie Dawson and nieces and nephews.

A Visitation will be held at Schertz Funeral Home Monday, March 16 from 12:00PM-2:00PM with the Graveside service to follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.  The following men will serve as Pallbearers: Cody Christian, Noah Dawson, David Miller, Jimmy Christian, Robby Haley, John Coldwater.
