Lynn Kilhefner

April 5, 1954 — June 20, 2009

A visitation for Mrs. Kilhefner will be held from 5:00 until 9:00 P.M., Monday, June 29, 2009 at Schertz Funeral Home. Lynn was born in Canonsburg, PA, in 1954. She graduated from Upper St. Clair High School (PA) and from the University of Pittsburgh. She is survived by her husband, Bruce Kilhefner and son, Aaron Kilhefner of Schertz, her mother, Dorothy Smith of Pittsburgh, PA, sister Nancy Link (Thomas) of Pittsburgh, PA, brother Joseph Smith (Marla) of Bethel Park, PA, sister Rosanne Cone of Tallahassee, FL, sister Sandra Checca (Randall) of Dunedin, FL, and brother Bruce Smith of Murraysville, PA, as well as numerous nieces and nephews. Lynn was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church in Selma and an ardent supporter of Boy Scout Troop 51 in Schertz. She will be dearly missed. A Memorial Service will be held at St. John Capistran Catholic Church, 1610 McMillian Rd., Pittsburg, PA, at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, July 8, 2009. Inurnment will be at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies, Bridgeville, PA, at 1:30 PM on July, 8, 2009.
