Lois Jones

Lois Allene Jones, 74 of Cibolo, TX, born on August 24, 1941, passed away on Tuesday, August 9, 2016 peacefully in her sleep after a hard fought battle with cancer. For the love of her family, she fought up to the very end. She was a very loving and giving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, daughter, aunt and friend to all. We celebrate Lois going to join her husband, Kenneth McKinley Jones; daughter, Leslie Gleason; grandson, Nicholas Harrison along with her parents, siblings and many friends. She is survived by her daughters, Valerie Cook, Sherry Carr and Dana Coe; 11 grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews along with countless friends and her beloved dog Molly. Forever here in our hearts her memory will live on. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 27, 2016 at 11:00AM at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 1142 FM 1103, Cibolo, TX 78108. The graveside service will be held on Monday, August 29, 2016 at 11:00AM at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
