LILLIAN TONI FORBRICH at the age of 101 passed away Sunday, February 6, 2022. Lillian was born to Harry and Ella (Rhodius) Albrecht on March 29, 1920. She is survived by her two sons, Dr. Carl (Rose) A. Forbrich, Jr., and Sidney (Jodi) A. Forbrich; additionally, grandchildren CMSgt Richard (Tina) Forbrich, Brett Forbrich, Dr. Lilli Ann Forbrich and Paul A. Forbrich; great grandchildren Brynn Blair, Daniel Forbrich, John Forbrich, Richard Forbrich, and Sarah Forbrich; great-great granddaughter Eva Grace; nieces, Patty Able, Karen Driver, Janice Hutcherson; nephews, Jim Harris, Phil Harris, Steve Harris, and Gary Gerhart; and there are numerous other family members that Lillian held dear and loved deeply. She was a lifelong member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, and the St. Ann’s Christian Mothers Society in Selma, TX. She had many interests which she always enjoyed to the fullest: Wheel of Fortune, watching Hallmark movies, gambling, cruising, playing cards, playing dominos, crocheting, and family and friends.
Lillian was an example to her entire family by the life that she led. Let all that you do be done with love. (I Corinthians 16:14)
Visitation to be held 3 PM-5PM (with a Rosary being recited at 4PM) on Sunday, February 13, 2022, at the Schertz Funeral Home Chapel. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 AM on Monday, February 14, 2022, at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church in Selma, TX. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Catholic Mausoleum in San Antonio, TX.
