Leslie Lee Brown born on October 16, 1947, passed-away on April 9, 2020 after a two-year battle with cancer at the age of 72. Leslie was born in Phoenix, Arizona to Joe and Elsie Brown. He was an accomplished sales representative for large construction equipment for 30 years, while working with Prime Equipment he was their top sales representative. Leslie was a thrill seeker, he enjoyed racing anything with a motor and wheels. He spent his down time with friends and family hunting at the deer lease and fishing out at sea. Leslie was also known for his award-winning Bar-B-Q. He is survived by his loving wife of 20 years, Cathy Brown; sister, Mandy James and husband Dale; children, Roxanne Berry and husband Michael, Misty Hodge and wife Jessica, Richard Hodge and wife Gift and Braun Zimmermann; grandchildren, Alecia, Thomas, Alexandra, Davon, Julia and her husband Jason; great-grandchild, Fannin Fowler. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, May 16, 2020 at 11:00AM at the Schertz Funeral Home Chapel. In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to the Cancer Society.
