Leonard (Harold) L. Truitt Jr., born on March 23, 1941, passed away on June 16, 2017 at the age of 76. Harold was a loyal employee, working in civil service for 31 years and then went on to work for Shell for 22 years. He is preceded in death by, his parents, Leonard and Laura Truitt; grandson, Aaron M. Truitt; sister, Charlotte A. Truitt. Harold is survived by his loving wife of 17 years, Cathy L Truitt of San Antonio; sons, Leonard L Truitt III, Tommy Truitt and Kenneth Truitt; daughter, Angela Truitt; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; sisters, Elanie Knight, Diana Sawyer, Carol Castano.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, June 24, 2017 from 4:00PM-8:00PM at the Schertz Funeral Home Chapel.
