Lauren Lagudi

August 3, 1989 — October 20, 2009

Airman First Class Lauren Marie Lagudi, USAF, went to be with the Lord on October 20, 2009 while stationed at Aviano Air Base, Italy. Lauren was born August 3, 1989 in Niagara, New York. Lauren was the beloved daughter of CMSgt. (Ret.) Sal and Susan Lagudi of Cibolo, Texas. Lauren is also survived by brothers, Sal and Robert; grandparents, James and Barbara Lagudi, Shirley Todd and a host of family and friends. Lauren enlisted in the Air Force in January 2008 and served as a Radio and Television Broadcaster for the American Forces Network. Lauren graduated from Samuel Clemens High School in 2007. Visitation services will be held on Thursday, October 29, 2009 from 1:00 until 4:00 p.m. and from 6:00 until 9:00 p.m. at the Schertz Funeral Home, 2217 FM 3009, Schertz, Texas 78154. Funeral services will be held Friday, October 30, 2009 at 9:30a.m. at Chapel One at Randolph Air Force Base. Interment to immediately follow at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery at 11:30 a.m. with full military honors. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made payable and mailed to the Lauren Lagudi Foundation, 17305 IH 35 North, Suite #102, Schertz, Texas 78154.
