Larry Dozier

Larry E. Dozier, age 71, passed away on January 29, 2017 in St. Hedwig. He was born on May 7, 1945 to Richard & Maxine Dozier in Dallas, Texas. Larry was preceded in death by his parents and son Jason Dozier. He is survived by his loving wife of 35 years Jo Beth Barkley Dozier; daughters Susan Oldcorn & husband Rob and Monica Powers & husband Sean; sister Dianne Winfrey; brother Don Dozier & wife Linda; grandchildren Kyle Oldcorn, Kaylie Oldcorn, Claire Powers and Mary Evelyn Powers; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and other family members. Larry started his career in the Army and then worked for many years as a civilian electronic tech operator and printer at Randolph Air Force Base. He enjoyed camping, fishing and cooking. The thing he loved most was spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. Graveside services will be held at 11:00AM on Friday, February 3, 2017 at the Redeemer United Church of Christ Cemetery in Zuehl, Texas. In lieu of flowers, Memorial Donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
