Kymberli Johnson

August 18, 1973 — January 26, 2010

Kymberli Johnson was born to Bill and Brenda Johnson on August 18, 1973 in Dallas, Texas. She passed away after a sudden illness on January 26, 2010 in Live Oak, Texas at the age of 36. Kymberli is survived by her husband, Gregg Campa of San Antonio; daughter Skylar Madilyn Campa of San Antonio; parents, Bill and Brenda Johnson of Schertz; mother-in-law, Mary Gallo Campa of San Antonio; grandparents, Aleene and Carlton Browning of Poteet, Texas and Gladys Johnson of Alice, Texas; sisters, Brittany Pope and husband, Joel and Chelsea Johnson and nieces and nephew, Raven Pope, Caleb Pope and Mia Pope. Kymberli was deeply devoted to her family and friends. She especially loved being a mother. Skylar was her world and they were attached at the hip. She would often say she never knew such love existed until she had Skylar. The family is grateful for the tremendous outpouring of love and support during this time of immense grief. In addition, the family wishes to express their heartfelt thanks to the staff at the intensive care unit of Northeast Methodist Hospital for their compassionate care during Kymberli's final hours. Memorial Services will be held at 6:30 PM on Friday, January 29, 2010 at the Schertz Funeral Home Chapel.
