Kenneth Ray Gaffney, age 64 of Universal City, Texas, passed away on July 28, 2011. Funeral Services will be held at 10:00 AM on Wednesday, August 3, 2011 at the Schertz Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Park.
