June Nurse

June Andrea Nurse, the daughter of John Nurse and Cynthia Nurse nee Welsh was born on 3 March 1941 in Grenada, West Indies. She was the beloved niece of Paul Welsh, Muriel Lumsden, Ernest Welsh and Monica Fletcher, sister of Barbara (Patsy) Winner, Chandra (Jenny) Ifill and David Nurse and nieces and nephews William, Andre, Michael, Lee, Diane, Anneka, Ayoluwa, Aisha and David. She was preceded in death by her brothers Victor Nurse, Richard Nurse, and sister Rosalind Nurse. She will be fondly remembered by her children Elizabeth Nurse and Richard Nurse, grandchildren; Tristan Gardner, Alicia Nurse, Angelique Monti and Ryan Nurse, her great grandchildren; Taurian and Lenox Gardner. She will also be remembered by her many family and friends Lennox Tannis and family, Lystra Tannis and family, Allison Nurse and family, Winner family, Lumsden family, Fletcher family, Ifill family, Emmanuel family, Benoit family, Welsh family, Woodroffe family, Milne family, and Robertson family and numerous friends throughout her life span..

A Visitation will be held from 5:00PM - 9:00PM on Thursday, May 28, 2020 at Schertz Funeral Home Chapel with the Rosary to be recited at 7:00PM. The Funeral Service will be at 10:00AM on Friday, May 29, 2020 at Schertz Funeral Home Chapel.
