Julius Gomez

July 2, 1966 — February 1, 2010

Julius Viejo Andrew Gomez, age 43 of Live Oak, passed away on February 1, 2010. He was preceded in death by his mother Rafaela Gomez. He is survived by his father Rafael Gomez; sisters, Katherine Gomez and Cruzanita Campos; brother, Xavier Gomez; he was a loving uncle to his nieces & nephew, Jennifer Downer, Sabrina Downer, Graciela Gomez and Christian Downer. Viejo was a Big Dallas Cowboy Fan and dependable Walmart employee. Visitation will be held Friday, February 5, 2010 from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM (with a Rosary being Recited at 7:00 PM) at the Schertz Funeral Home Chapel. A Mass will be Celebrated at 1:00 PM on Saturday, February 6, 2010 at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church in Selma. Interment will follow at Selma Catholic Cemetery #2.
