Julia Scheffler

Julia Scheffler, 89, passed away February 12, 2015, at her home in San Antonio, Texas. She was born April 30, 1925 in Kovar, Texas to Frank and Antonia Zurovec. Julia was a very loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Julia is preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Antonia (Evicic)Zurovec. She is survived by her husband of 67 years, Charles Scheffler, Sr.; sons, Charles, Jr. with wife Mary, Larry with wife Alicia (children, Dalila Hall and Lori Dees with daughter Michaella Roach), Harvey with wife Becky (children, Brian, Robin, Jason and Derek), David and Alan; daughters, Sherry Bigrigg (daughter, Chelsye with son Charles O'Campo) and Judy Scheffler. The family will receive friends on Monday, February 16, 2015, from 5:00PM-6:00PM, with a rosary to be recited at 6:00PM, at St. Anthony de Padua Catholic Church, 102 Lorenz, San Antonio, Texas 78209. The Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, February 17, 2015, at 10:30AM, at St.Anthony de Padua Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery.
