Joy L. Osteen, age 73, of Schertz, passed away March 6, 2010. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Osteen and sons, Dennis Osteen & Charlie Osteen. She is survived by her daughter & son-in-law, Karen & Gerald Fey, Schertz, TX; brother, Roger Blanchard, MO; grandchildren, Amy Fey, Schertz, TX, Kyle Fey & fiance, Stacy Coughenour, Temple, TX. Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM on Tuesday, March 9, 2010. Funeral services will be held at 9:00 AM on Wednesday, March 10, 2010 at the Schertz Funeral Home Chapel with Father Greg Nevlud officiating. Interment will follow at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery. Anyone so desiring may make memorial contributions to the American Heart Association.
