Joseph Stefano

Joseph Di Stefano, born on June 15, 1931, passed away on July 27, 2016 at the age of 85. Joseph was a veteran of the Korean War serving in the U.S. Army. He also worked at Randolph Air Force Base. He went on to be an accountant for Mount Sinai Hospital, Mitsui and a Railroad Company. He enjoyed watching boxing and kickboxing along with the News and Western shows. Joseph was a collector of foreign DVD's such as Japanese and Chinese. He loved to do woodwork. Joseph did western cutouts, boats and planes. He was an avid walker. He is preceded in death by his parents, Rosario and Soledad Di Stefano. Joseph is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Emma N. Di Stefano; children, Joseph K. Di Stefano, Marisa Di Stefano, Augusto A. Di Stefano; grandchildren, Christopher, Brendan, Michael, Matthew and Gianna; great-grandchildren, Crystal. A funeral mass will be held on Friday, August 5, 2016 at Good Shepherd Catholic Church at 9:30AM with interment to follow at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery at 11:00AM.
