Jose Campos

Jose Manuel Sanchez Campos, born on September 3, 1956 in Mexico City, Mexico, passed away on Septmber 2, 2017 in San Antonio, TX at the age of 60. He was a welder for many years, he loved the Spurs and also classic cars. He also enjoyed working on his lawn and garden, and was a big fan of all types of music, his favorites being Mariachi music, Trios, and classic rock, but what he loved above all was his wife of 39 years Sylvia. Manuel is preceded in death by his mother Matilde Campos Garcia. He is survived by his wife Sylvia Sanchez, his father Manuel Sanchez; children Michelle Trevino, Brooke Sanchez, and Jose Manuel Sanchez; siblings, Ofelia Sanchez, Gloria Sanchez, Enrique Sanchez, Carmen Sanchez, Silvia Sanchez, Carlos Sanchez, Ramiro Sanchez, Francisco Sanchez, Luz Barba Sanchez, and Fernando Sanchez; grandchildren, Jaiden Arevalo Laila Arevalo, Amadeo Sanchez, and Catalina Trevino. A visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 6, 2017 at the Schertz Funeral Home from 5:00pm to 9:00pm, with a rosary to be recited at 7:00pm. A funeral mass will be conducted on Thursday, September 7, 2017, at the Good Shepherd Catholic Church, 10:00am, with the interment to follow at Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery.
