Jonathan Demeterio

August 17, 1977 — June 11, 2014

Jon was born & grew up in Guam, USA. He graduated from Oceanview High School, Agat, Guam and attended college at Northern Colorado University, Greeley, Colorado with a major in Kinesiology. His career with Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar started at River Oaks, Houston as Sous Chef. The company noticed his work and decided to open a new location in San Antonio and offered him as Chef-Partner designation. This spanking new 7-figure investment in San Antonio led him to gain three consecutive years as Partner of the Year at National Annual Conferences. These distinctions mean among others, exceeding quarter & annual market share for the company. Jon met Michelle Kiyo in Guam where she attended the University of Guam. They met on a boonie hike invite with mutual friends. They eventually married on September 15, 2005 in Houston, Texas, Their union was blessed with two boys, Jack Henry & Jase Severino born in San Antonio, Texas. They currently reside in Cibolo, Texas. Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 14, 2014 at 9:00AM with a celebration of life service to follow at 10:00AM at the Schertz Funeral Home.
