Kevin Manning

Kevin passed away Friday May 24, 2024. He was born October 11, 1961, to Carolyn and Hershel “Hotch” Manning in Phoenix, AZ. 

Kevin was loved by everyone he came across in his life. He was known to be able to fix anything that needed fixing. He loved the outdoors, fishing, hunting, golfing, rodeo, and all facets of motorsport racing. Kevin was a large part of community organizations. When in Las Cruces, NM, Kevin was a part of the Greater Las Cruces Chamber of Commerce, Las Cruces Whole Enchilada Festival, the Yucca Council of Boy Scouts, Mesilla Valley Sertoma Club. Kevin had many professional achievements as well, a top notch heavy equipment mechanic. Kevin was the New Mexico Rental Association Vice President in 1998, Was a long time American Rental Association member on many councils.  

Kevin would give his shirt off his back for anyone he came in contact with and loved being around people. 

Kevin was preceded in death by his wife, Jean Manning; father, Hershel Manning, and grandparents, Hershel and Inez Manning, Kenneth and Gwendolyn Woods. He is survived by his mother, Carolyn Woods Manning; brothers, David (Charlotte) and Charles (Susan) Manning; children Jonathan (Carissa), Megan (Kyle), and Carson Manning; 6 grandchildren as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and plenty of extended family.
