CPL, John C. Slazenik, USMC, age 62, of Marion, TX, passed away on February 12, 2011 in San Antonio, TX. He was preceded in death by wife, Judith Ann Phillips. John is survived by his son, Eric W. Slazenik of Cibolo, TX; brothers, James Slazenik of Las Cruces, NM and Henry Slazenik of Danvers, MA; sister, Ann Marie Girard of Danvers, MA; grandchildren, Brandon Donnelly of Cibolo, TX and Shaun Donnelly of Port monmouth, NJ. John served as a Peace Officer/ EMT in Danverse, MA, he spent many years as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic. Graveside Services will be held on Friday, February 18, 2011 at 9:30 AM at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery.
