John Lundquist

August 8, 1933 — November 19, 2015

John Earl "Baby Earl" Lundquist was born on August 8, 1933, in Elgin, TX, passed away on November 19, 2015, in San Antonio, TX at the age of 82.

John is preceded in death by his sisters Ruby Masters, Ellen Litchko, and twin Anna "Tiny" Pearl Hooks; sons Robert Lee and Jerome Lawton.

He is survived by his wife Alberta Lundquist, sons Harry Martin (Elizabeth), James (Shelly), Joseph (Risa), John (Sarah); daughter in law Tracey and adopted daughter Holly Greer; grandchildren, Lee, Hayley, Faline, Krystal, Heather, Joshua, and Holly; adopted grandchildren, Chelsea and Shanna and 10 great-grandchildren.

John served in the US Army in the Body Search and Rescue unit in Korea, and was a long time member of the Carpenter Local Union No. 14.

A visitation will be held on Monday, November 23, 2015, at the Schertz Funeral Home, from 5:00pm to 9:00pm with a rosary to be recited at 7:00pm.

A Funeral Mass will be conducted on Tuesday, November 24, 2015, 10:00am, at the Good Shepherd Catholic Church in Schertz, TX, with the interment to follow at Sunset Memorial Park.
