John Lougher

February 2, 1967 — December 20, 2012

John Alan Lougher, born on February 2, 1967 in Gisbourne, New Zealand, passed away on December 20, 2012, at the age of 45, after being involved in an automobile accident with a cement truck. He was a Bering Sea fisherman for 9 years and also a Journeyman Plumber. John loved reading, riding motorcycles, fishing and rescuing animals. He leaves behind his wife, Pamela; daughters, Rachel, Selena and her husband, Chris Levar; sons, Matthew and Shaun; grandchildren, Lelaina, Richard, Mason, Kyler, Kolton, Brieanna, and Addison; parents, Richard A. and Kathy E. Lougher; sister, Susan Barhight and her husband, James; brother, Robert Lougher and his wife, Marcia; nephews, Evan, Nicholas, James, and Russell; niece, Hope. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, December 28, 2012 at 7:00PM, at Schertz Funeral Home, 2217 FM 3009, Schertz, TX 78154. All services will conclude in the chapel.
