Joan Neal

December 20, 1939 — December 5, 2015

Joan (Joann) Neal was born on December 20th, 1939 to Gordon and Marguerite Story. She married her loving husband Frank on February 7th, 1959 in Sioux Falls, SD Joann went to be with our Lord in the comfort of her home on December 5th, 2015 at age 75. She is survived by her husband Frank Neal, son Jerry Neal of Hondo TX, daughter Lynne Cole, of Rowlett TX and daughter Teresa (Teri) Pearce and husband Lyle of Universal City, and her treasured grandchildren, Neal Cole, Isaac Pearce and Julia Pearce, and brother Michael of Elk Grove CA. Her parents and her sister Debra preceded her in death. She enjoyed traveling in their RV, her grandchildren's activities, monthly luncheons with friends and family gatherings. Joann was a woman of faith, a loving wife, mother and grandmother who will be greatly missed by all those that new her.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 13, 2015 at 6:00pm with a rosary to be recited at 7:00pm. Funeral service will be conducted on Monday, December 14, 2015, 9:30am, Good Shepherd Catholic Church with the interment to follow at Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery.
