Jessie Snedeker

August 24, 1906 — March 2, 2011

Jessie H. Snedeker passed away March 2, 2011 into the loving arms of her Lord at the age of 104 in her home in Seguin, TX. Jessie was born in Zanesville, Ohio on August 24, 1906. Upon her marriage to Holland D. Snedeker they moved to Rio Grande Valley where she lived for over 50 years. She was preceded in death by her husband, Holland D., son, John S. Snedeker & sister, Mabel Hanks. She is survived by her loving daughter, Holly Graves & husband, Jim Graves; grandchildren, Tracey Lievens & husband, Jim of Seguin, Russell Weaver of Vancouver, Canada, Dean Weaver of Dallas, Janet Hankanson of Tampa, Fl. and Mary Snedeker of Ft. Worth and great-grandchildren, Alex Lievens and Jeffrey and Sam Hankanson. Visitation will be held from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM on Friday, March 4, 2011 at Schertz Funeral Home. Graveside Services will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, March 5, 2011 at Raymondville Cemetery with Minister Jacob Vincent of 8th & Harrison Church of Christ officiating. Donations may be made to the First United Methodist Church in Seguin.
