Jeralyn Jackson-Roberts

Jeralyn Renee Jackson-Roberts of Schertz, TX, formerly of Bellefontaine, OH, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, April 12, 2023, at her home.

Preceded in death by her parents, she was born April 7, 1962, to the late John R. and Jacqueline Jackson Sr, and sister Jocelyn Stanley.

Jeralyn moved from Ohio at the early age of 19 and came to Texas. She lived in her car for two weeks until she could afford a place to stay. She definitely lived life on the edge. An old soul and a wildflower mixed in one. She met her Husband Andrew in 1986 and married him February 29, 1996. She graduated from Devry University with a bachelor's in business administration at 51 years old in 2013. She walked the stage the same year her daughter Aurora graduated high school in 2014. She enjoyed being by the water whether it was a pool or the beach as long as there was some sunshine and a cool breeze. She loved talking to and being around her grandchildren. Jeralyn was very giving, if she had it and you wanted it, she would give it to you but if she didn't have it she would help you get it, whatever it was. If you ever needed her, she was there. Watching her shows and listening to music, especially 70s music, was her favorite pastime. She looked forward to her anniversary where she and Andrew would go to the Casino. Her life was a gamble, and she chose to make the best of it.

She is survived by her husband Andrew Roberts of Schertz, daughter Alyssia Cavallini (Adam Meyer) of Minster, OH, son Harley Roberts of Schertz, daughter Aurora Robert (Bryan Soske) of Schertz. Her dog Lil Gurl. Brother John (Tammi) Jackson Jr. of Marysville, OH, sister Jillaine Harrigan of Bellefontaine. Grandchildren: Isabella, Evon, Selah, Hannah, Haylee, Xoe, Amina Jeralyn, Ezekiel and Ezra. Nieces Jacquie and Roche, nephews Cedric (Amanda), Avery (Shawna) and Bryce.

A Visitation will be held for Jeralyn at Schertz Funeral Home on Friday, April 21, 2023, from 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM.
