Jeanelle Tabor went to be with our Lord on 09/21/2018 at the age of 76. Jeanelle was born in San Antonio, TX on September 8,1942 and graduated from Providence High School. She married the love of her life Jimmy Ray Tabor in 1962 and had four children. She was a resident of Northwood Hills for 44 years. She enjoyed shopping, dancing, going to the coast, fishing, gambling, gardening, and spending time with her family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 32 years Jimmy Ray Tabor, brother James Hummel, father Clarence Hummel, and stepfather Edward Mulhern. She is survived by her mother Louise Mulhern, sisters Pamela Rider, Teresa Gardner and husband Ron, stepmother Syble Hummel, sons Greg Tabor and wife Susie, Keith Tabor and wife Sue Ellen, Brent Tabor and wife Kristina, Christopher Tabor and wife Stacy, grandchildren, Matthew Tabor, Timothy Tabor and wife Jennah, Andrew Moore and wife Kristen, Krista White and husband Ivan, great grandchildren, Jayden White, Sarah, Paisley, Andrea, Jaxon, Hadlie Tabor, Savannah Moore, aunt Isabel and uncle Marcel Grothues, aunt Josephine Vrazel, and many brothers and sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Visitation will be held at Schertz Funeral Home located at 2217 FM 3009, Schertz, TX 78154 on Wednesday, October 3rd from 5 to 9PM with the Holy Rosary to be recited at 7PM. A Funeral Mass will be held at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church located at 16075 N Evans Rd., Selma, TX 78154 on Thursday, October 4th at 12:00PM. Interment to follow at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery at 1:30PM. A catered reception will be held at St. Gerard's Catholic Church located at 1523 Iowa St., San Antonio, TX 78203 from 2 to 5PM.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her name to the building funds of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church, Padre Pio Catholic Church, or the American Cancer Society.
