Jane Tindall

Jane Tindall, age 80, passed away on October 23, 2016 in Garden Ridge, Texas. She was born on April 28, 1936 to Marvin and Ilene Roberts in Turner County, Georgia. Jane is survived by her loving husband: J.D. Tindall; sister Patsy Brown, sons: Steven Tindall (wife Brenda), Thomas Tindall (wife Karen) and Charles Tindall; daughter: Carol Kyle (husband Will); nine grandchildren; and even more great-grandchildren.

Possessing a servant's heart, Jane loved the time she spent as a volunteer with the Officer's Wives Club and United Methodist's Women's Org (Bracken Methodist Church). She loved to travel, cook and sew. But her first love was her family. She was a wife, mother, grandmother that always welcomed you home with open arms and shed a tear when you left.

A Funeral Service will be held at 1:00PM (with Visitation from 11:00AM-1:00PM) on Monday, October 31, 2016 at the Schertz Funeral Home Chapel, with Graveside Services following at Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery at 2:30PM.
