Jake Paez

October 14, 1995 — April 30, 2021

Jake Ryan Paez went to be with his Lord and with his mother, beautiful Salena, after passing on Friday, April 30, 2021, having lived here 25 years. Jake was loved, had a wonderful sense of humor, and always appreciated and deeply loved his siblings and everyone he met. He enjoyed gaming and playing with his many brothers, sisters and cousins. Jake lived with his grandparents, Lane and Martha Johnson in Schertz, TX right near aunt and uncle, Jerad and Marisa Moheit with cousins, Catalina Aurora, Miah Rose, Jace Wyatt and Jewel Marie. Jake moved back to Texas after living with his father and mother, Michael and Candace Paez in Florida. As the first of six, his sisters are Ariel Celeste Paez, Caylee Rose Paez and Mackenzie Washington; and his brothers are Dylan Lane Paez, Logan Paez and Drew Levi Washington. Jake was never married but loved by all who truly knew him. Jake will be greatly missed by all for the time he was with us but by Faith in Christ, we will see him soon and very soon. He struggles no more and his pain has passed. We commend him into Jesus’ loving arms. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, May 8 at 3 pm at River City Community Church, 16765 Lookout Rd., Selma, TX. 78154.
