Jacqueline Johnson

March 18, 1955 — October 6, 2013

Jacqueline E. Johnson passed away on Sunday October 6, 2013 after fighting a long hard battle with lung cancer. She was born to Hugh and Florence Kathleen Gates in London, England on March 18, 1955. She is survived in death by her two sons with whom she loved dearly and devoted her life to, Christopher and wife Jennifer Johnson, and David Johnson. She is also survived by all the many friends that she made whom she considered not only her friends but her family. She was preceded in death by her parents and grandmother. Known by many as "Jackie" she will be remembered as the lady with the English accent. Jackie loved to travel with friends, scrapbook on Sundays, and relax by the pool on hot summer days. She was dearly loved and will be missed by all. A Memorial service to celebrate Jackie's life is being held on Wednesday October 9, 2013 at Schertz Funeral Home at 5:30pm.
