TSGt. Howard Gene Hall, U.S. Air Force, Retired, age 74, of Schertz, Texas passed away on April 8, 2009. Howard was born on January 12, 1935 to Kirgy and Bertha (Hutto) Hall in Slocomb, Alabama. He was preceded in death by his parents and his beloved wife, Shirley A. Hall. Howard is survived by his son, Duane E. Hall & wife, Christina of Bandera, Texas; daughters, Debbie Schneider & husband, David of Cibolo, Texas and Pam Diaz of Schertz, Texas; grandchildren, David, J.R., Ashley & husband, Brandon and special friend, Shirley Stewart of Schertz, Texas. Visitation will be held from 5:00 Pm until 9:00 PM on Monday, April 13, 2009 at Schertz Funeral Home. A Graveside Service will be at 11:45 AM on Tuesday, April 14, 2009 at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery with full military honors. Members of the Randolph Masonic Lodge No. 1268 will be officiating. Memorial donations may be made to Schertz EMS, 1400 Schertz Parkway, Bldg. 7, Schertz, TX 78154.
