Herminia G. Arreola, age 86, went to be with the Lord on February 1, 2022. She was born in Parrita, Texas on May 11, 1935
and she was known to everyone as “Minnie”. Minnie loved to spend time with her family during the holidays
She also attended Saturday mass at Good Shepherd Catholic church with her sister and after they would enjoy a meal together.
Minnie also enjoyed word search puzzles and Spanish telenovelas. She loved taking care of animals and all types of plants.
Minnie is survived by Ramona Garcia, sister and Mary Gutierrez, sister-in-law; 9 nephews and nieces as well as numerous extended family and friends. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, George H. Arreola; her parents Francisco and Ester Gutierrez; her brother David Gutierrez; sister-in-law Lydia Gutierrez; nephew Rene Gutierrez and brother-in-law, Nicolas Z. Garcia Jr. Minnie will be dearly missed by all.
Pallbearers will be Nick Garcia III, Charlie Gutierrez, Joey Polanco, Jimmy Polanco, Jason Polanco and Joe Polanco.
Services will begin at 11:30am on February 10
th
2022 at Good Shepherd Catholic Church,
1065 E Live Oak Rd, Schertz TX 78154
burial will follow at Schertz/Cibolo Cemetery, Bubbling Springs Rd.
In Lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Good Shepherd Catholic Church
