Harold Cook

April 7, 1949 — July 3, 2013

Harold Keefe Cook, Senior Chief Petty Officer (Ret), was born in Chicago, Illinois on April 7, 1949 and passed away on July 3, 2013. Harold spent the greater part of his life following his love and passion for the military and our country. He served proudly in the United States Navy for 20 years with assignments in Iceland, Bermuda, Puerto Rico and Virginia Beach. After retirement, he worked for a few years in Dallas, but then settled in San Antonio to be close to his family and friends. He is survived by his sister, Jackie Shem, his two brothers Bob and Jim Cook. Harold will be greatly missed by his family and friends. May he be remembered for the gentle giant who loved our Lord, his family and his friends. A private service was held on July 12, 2013 for his immidiate family and friends at Fort Sam Houston.
