Mr. Guadalupe 'Lupe' Del Toro, born on July 29, 1939 in Cibolo, Texas, passed away at the age of 78 on July 12, 2018. Lupe was the loving husband of the late Carolyn Del Toro. He is survived by his son, John and his wife Paula; his brother, Jesse and his wife Rita; grandchildren, Matthew and Harriet; his partner, Emma Martinez; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins; and, a countless number of friends. Lupe lived a full life; he was a loving, caring, and generous family man, a highly successful businessman, and a true friend to those who knew him well. He is one of those people who makes this world a better place, and he will be sorely missed by us all. Friends and family are invited to attend a visitation on Thursday, July 19, 2018 from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m., with the Vigil to begin at 7:00PM at Schertz Funeral Home, Schertz, Texas. A Funeral Mass will take place on Friday, July 20, 2018 from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Good Shepherd Catholic Church, Schertz, Texas, 78154
