Graciela Ayala

Graciela G. Ayala age 93 passed away on Wednesday September 25, 2019

In her home in Cibolo, Texas surrounded by her loving family.

She was born in Piedras Negras, May 14,1926 to Enrique González and Esperanza Valdez.

She enjoyed visiting with her sisters and spending time with her family. She also loved spending time gardening always shopping for new plants and flowers.

She served as foster Grandmother at Mission Road for 20 years. Graciela was a beloved Mother, grandmother, great grandmother.  She will be dearly missed by all.

The family would like to express our deepest Thanks to the great help, compassion and care given by her neighbor Cynthia Brieno whom she loved like family.

Graciela was preceded in death by her parents, beloved husband Jesus Ayala, daughter Graciela Ayala her son Ervey Ayala, daughter-in law Maria.

She is survived by her Children, Daughter Esperanza Lesher, Son Jesse Ayala (wife) Terry, Son Ricardo Ayala and Daughter Blanca Ramirez (husband) Alfonso.

Granddaughter Cathy (husband) Michael Macias, Grandson Ervey Ayala (wife) Eloisa, Grandson Michael (wife) Simone, Grandson Steven (wife) Mercedes, Grandson Kevin (fiancé) Angeline, Granddaughter Ashley Ayala, Grandson Jesse J. Ayala, Grandson Ethan Ayala, Grandson Caleb Ayala, Grandson Joey Ramirez, Grandson Jeremy Ramirez, Grandson Jordan Ramirez, Grandson Joshua Ramirez.

Her sisters, Felicita (husband) Ricardo Rodriguez and Blanca (husband) Ken Padgett, Teresa Berlanga and Maria De Los Angeles Gonzalez. Brothers Manuel González (wife) Blanca, and Enrique Gonzalez (wife) Lourdes.

She also leaves behind numerous great grandchildren and beloved nieces and nephews in San Antonio, as well as Eagle Pass, Cibolo Texas, and Piedras Negras Mexico.

Visitation will be held on Sunday September 29, 2019 at Schertz Funeral Home from 5 to 9 pm with a Rosary at 7 pm.  Mass will be celebrated on Monday September 30, 2019 at 11 am at Good Shepherd Catholic Church. Interment will follow at San Jose Burial Park.
