George Rapach, Jr., a resident of Cibolo, TX was born January 12, 1949, at Eglin Air Force Base, Florida, and passed away March 13, 2010 at the age of 61. George served in the U.S. Army and Air Force. He worked for over 35 years as a cytotechnologist. George loved his family and adored his wife of 35 years, Kathy and daughter Sarah. He was preceded in death by his father, George Rapach, Sr. and his mother, Sara. Survivors include his wife, Kathy; daughter, Sarah; sister, Roxann; brothers-and sisters-in-law, Mike and Kris Doyle, Terry and Ann Enders, Steve and Sandy Enders, and David and Polly Enders; mother "and father-in-law, Joan Enders and Dr. Lawrence Enders and numerous nieces and nephews. George is now in a better place with his Mom and Dad, movies and popcorn and his good ol dog Tommy. Visitation will be from 4:00 to 8:00 P.M. on Wednesday, March 17, 2010 at Schertz Funeral Home, 2217 F.M. 3009, Schertz, Texas 78154. A military graveside service will be on Thursday, March 18, 2010 at 10:30 A.M. at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery, 1520 Harry Wurzbach Rd., San Antonio, Texas 78209.
