George T. (Tommy) Collins, III, born October 2, 1961 passed away November 23, 2011. Tommy was preceded in death by his parents, Emma and Raymond Collins and brother, Doug. He leaves behind his wife, Ruth and son, Jason; sisters; Tanya and husband, Doug, Penny and husband, David, and Pam and many family members and friends. A private Memorial Service will be held at a later date and time.
