A proud member of the United States Air Force, Frederick served for 26 years, earning numerous accolades for his exceptional performance as a Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO) field training officer at Randolph Air Force Base. In this role, he was instrumental in training future jet engine mechanics, instilling in them the same dedication and passion for aviation that characterized his own career. Frederick served honorably during the Vietnam War and completed tours in England and Germany, where he built lifelong friendships and made lasting contributions to the Air Force community.
Frederick was deeply committed to his family, especially to his only daughter, Brandy. His love and devotion to her were unwavering, and he dedicated his life to ensuring she was supported and cared for.
After retiring from his military career, Frederick found new purpose in the civilian workforce, first as an aircraft maintenance scheduler for Fairchild in San Antonio, Texas. He later transitioned to a role as a tax preparer for H&R Block, where he enjoyed helping others navigate their financial responsibilities.
He is survived by his daughter, Brandy Pava, and his loving sisters, Beverly Todd and Juanita Poindexter. Frederick's legacy of dedication, kindness, and compassion will continue to inspire all who had the privilege of knowing him.
