Frank L. Frederick, born on August 30, 1951, in Orange, Texas, passed away on July 11, 2014, in New Braunfels, Texas, at the age of 62. Frank loved to hunt, fish, and ride his Harley Davidson. Born and raised in Orange, Texas, Frank moved to New Braunfels in 2002 to work at Minigrip. He is a graduate of Baylor University with a Biology Degree, and a graduate from Lamar University with a Mechanical Engineering Degree. Frank loved spending time with family and friends with many BBQ's at home, and loved weekend drives out in the country and trips to Orange, Texas with his wife Carman. He battled his cancer for 1 year and 8 months and now will be free of his cancer up in Heaven. His son, Jayson Frank Frederick, preceded him in death. Survivors include his wife, Carman Watson Frederick; daughters, Carmie Bates and her husband, Greg, Katy Gomez and her boyfriend, Kenny Price, Kimber Moffett and her husband, Shaun, and Katelyn Frederick; sons, Jay Frederick and his wife, Crystal, and Austin Gomez and his girlfriend, Becca Suarez; grandchildren, Colton Bates, Carla Bates, Haley Frederick, Hunter Frederick and Leah; mother, Peggy Joyce Frederick; father, Edmond Harry Frederick; sisters, Donna Mitchell and her husband, Clifton, and Elva Johnson and her husband, Barry; brother, Arthur Frederick and his wife, Araceli; nieces and nephews, Sarah, Rachael, Rebekah, Hannah, Laura, Lena, Katherine, and Chad; in-laws, Bill and Lee Watson, Calvin Watson and his wife, Tonya; numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and his Minigrip Family. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, July 15, 2014, from 4:00PM-8:00PM, at Schertz Funeral Home. The Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, July 16, 2014, at 10:00AM, at Schertz Funeral Home, Brother John Fortenberry Officiating. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.
