TSgt. Frank J.W. Cullen, U.S. Air Force, Retired, age 75 of Universal City, TX passed away on June 18, 2009. Frank is survived by his beloved wife, Marlene Cullen; sons, David Cullen & wife, Joanne of Rockhill, SC, James Keane & wife, Doris of Moore, OK, MSG Nick Keane & wife, Candie of Ft. Bragg, NC, Shawn Keane & wife, Rosalie of Lewisville, TX and Shane Pulver & wife, Monica of Universal City, TX; daughters, Karen Foster & husband, Danny of San Antonio, TX and Tammy Davenport & Howard of Poland, OH. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 2 great-grandchildren and his loving companions Maggie and Missy. Graveside Services will be held at 9:15 AM on Monday, June 22, 2009 at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery, with military honors.
