Francis Joseph Adam Sr. "Frank", born on April 23, 1936, passed away on July 8, 2016, at the age of 80. Frank retired from the United States Air Force. After he retired, he went on to become a car salesman. He ended his work career as a Worldwide locator for the Civil Service. Frank is preceded in death by his sister, Mary Rogers. He is survived by his loving wife, Rose Marie Adam; son, Frank Adam Jr and wife Barbara; daughter, Doreen Adam Mylin and husband Kent; grandchildren, Jessica Adam, Wesley Adam, Eric Mylin and wife Misty; sister, Joan McManus; a brother and sister in law of Baltimore, MD; and numerous nieces and nephews. A Memorial Mass will be held on Thursday, July 14, 2016, at 4:00 PM, at the Good Shepherd Catholic Church on Live Oak Road. Following the mass, at 5:30 PM, a memorial reception dinner will be held at the Schertz Civic Center at 1400 Schertz Parkway, Bldg 5. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that any memorial donation be made to the American Cancer Society.
