COL Eugene E. Kelly (RET USAF), born on April 2, 1926, passed away on April 1, 2017 at the age of 90. Eugene served in the military for 31 years, first in WWII and later as a United States Air Force Judge. He is survived by his wife of 61 years Ingrid Kelly; children, Anita Albert, Eugene E. Kelly, Gregory J. Kelly and Cary Sean Kelly; grandchildren, Jenna Van Dusen and Daniel Albert. A graveside service will be on April 17, 2017 at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery at 1:30PM.
