Elizabeth Ann Preston, beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away peacefully on December 13, 2024. Born on July 8, 1959 to Ray and Angelita Olivarri, Elizabeth lived a life of faith, family, and service.
Elizabeth dedicated her career to serving military personnel and their families as a Human Resources professional for the US Air Force. Her kindness and commitment left a lasting impact on all who knew her.
An active member of the Church of the Good Shepherd, Elizabeth shared her time and talents with her faith community. Known for her creativity and generosity, Elizabeth delighted in gardening, baking, and crafting, brightening the lives of her family and friends.
Elizabeth is survived by her husband, Gary Preston; daughter, Jillian Gordon Miller; sons, Gary and Drew Preston; and grandchildren, Juliana, Victoria, Trevor, and Savannah.
A Rosary will be held at Schertz Funeral Home on January 5, 2024 at7 PM. The Funeral Mass will follow at the Church of the Good Shepherd Catholic Church on January 6, 2024 at 11:30 AM.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Church of the Good Shepherd Catholic Church Altar Society or your local Humane Society.
