Elena Jo Moses, born on September 2, 1955 in Tulsa, Oklahoma, left to be with our Lord on December 9, 2012, at the age of 57. Lena was much respected and very much loved by many. She enjoyed life to the fullest. As long as water was involved, she was there. Boat cruises, trips to Cozumel, Cancun, many Florida beaches, Hawaii, The Virgin Islands, jet skiing, snorkeling, and especially just laying out on the beach in Port Aransas, TX where she met the love of her life on September 22, 2007. Lena spent most of her youth and young adult life in Florida with her parents and two brothers and three sisters until she moved to Grapevine, TX in 1979. She went to work as an office manager at a Medical Facility in Grapevine, TX until she moved on to a career with Mercedes and Chrysler Corporation also as an office manager. She retired from there in 2009 and moved to Schertz, TX to be with the man she married on 11/11/11 in Las Vegas. Lena spent the next few years just enjoying her family and many friends, especially her two daughters and four grandchildren, and at least yearly visits with brothers and sisters back in Florida. She then took a temporary assignment with the Randolph Brooks Federal Credit Union pending her husbands retirement, then they planned on moving back to Grapevine and both enjoy retirement ever after! Her parents, Hector and Roberta Rascon, preceded her in death.
