Dorothy Hoover

October 16, 1921 — January 30, 2009

Dorothy Dottie P. Hoover of Seguin passed away Friday, January 30, 2009 in San Antonio at the age of 87. Mrs. Hoover will be cremated with private interment at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery. Dottie was a clerical secretary for the State Department of Human Resources in Seguin, after numerous years of dedicated service. Following the death of her beloved husband Robert, Dottie spent her final years at The Haven in San Antonio hailing as the longest resident to be blessed with care. Survivors include three daughters, Sandy Hoover of San Antonio, Vicki Pfullmann & husband, John of San Antonio and Teresa Booth & husband, Rob of Ingram; a son, Mike Hoover & wife, Sharon of Victoria and grandchildren, Austin, Justin, Kevin, Tom & Annie. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Alzheimers Association, 7400 Louis Pasteur, Suite 200, San Antonio, Texas 78229.
