Nogales
, Mexico, born to Jesus and Josefina Trujillo. She is preceded in death by her husband of 33 years,
MSgt
(Ret) Fernando S. Coronado. She is survived by her daughter, Diana Gonzales and husband Louie of Midland; and sons, Fernando T. Coronado and wife Cathy (deceased);
LTC
(Ret) Ricardo T. Coronado and wife Anna of Saint
Hedwig
; MAJ (Ret) Reynaldo T. Coronado and wife Rebecca of Garden Ridge; and Rolando T. Coronado and wife Donna of

; seventeen grandchildren, and thirty-three great-grandchildren.
Several years after the loss of her husband, she met Joe
Samaniego
, who befriended her and was her companion for the past 26 years. A devout Catholic all her life, Dolores' faith in Our Lord Jesus Christ was strong throughout her life, despite numerous challenges. The Lord gave Dolores a heavy cross to carry in her later years with her health. Despite these challenges, she always had a smile on her face, continued with her friendly manner, always treating people with kindness, respect and above all love. She was exceptionally proud of her family, often using her family as a conversation piece with whomever she encountered. She was well known for her cooking and willingness to open her home to others. She always placed others first, insuring they had what they needed before taking care of herself. In the evenings, she could often be found with a Rosary in her hands praying to Our Heavenly Mother to intercede on others behalf. She was an example of 'Love' to all who came in contact with her. The memory of this beautiful lady will endure forever.
