Diane Johnson

Diane Johnson of Universal City Texas, beloved mother, grandmother and sister, passed away peacefully on January 25th , 2019 surrounded by her family after a prolonged battle with cancer. Her final days were spent at home with family and friends by her side. She is survived by her son Darrell and his wife Magda , her daughter Kimberley and husband Alex, her two wonderful grandsons Nicholas and Joshua, and Magda's daughter Alicja , her brother Paul and wife Magnolia, her sister Marion and numerous family members around the world.

Diane, affectionately known as DJ, worked 38 years at Universal Travel Services where she was a much-loved travel agent and colleague. She adored traveling and was blessed to visit many wonderful places in her life. But her favorite place to visit was her hometown of Norwich, Norfolk, a city she loved dearly.

Diane's energy and passion for life will be truly missed. She was not only a wonderful mother, grandmother and sister but she was also a best friend, a delightful traveling companion and most importantly she was our mum.

A Memorial Service will be held at 4:00PM on Saturday, February 9, 2019, with Visitation beginning at 3:00PM, at the Schertz Funeral Home Chapel.
